1) Non-Selection Refund: If a participant is not selected for the event, they will be eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

2) Cancellation Before Selection: If a participant cancels their registration before the selection process is completed, they will be eligible for a 100% refund. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3) Cancellation After Selection: If a participant cancels their registration after being selected, the refund amount (if any) will be determined solely by the Sevankur Administration. Any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

4) No Refund for Non-Attendance: If a participant is selected for the event but does not attend, they will not be eligible for any refund.

5) Registration Fees: Event registration charges will be applicable as per the date and time slot displayed on the website at the time of registration.

6) No Discounts: No discounts or concessions are offered on the event registration charges.

7) Non-Profit Initiative: This event is organized as a non-profit initiative. The registration fee is collected solely to cover the operational and administrative costs associated with conducting the event and is not intended for profit generation.
